I was playing Words With Friends today.  IMMEDIATELY saw a word with the letters I had but couldn't find anywhere to play it.

SO frustrating.

Decided that I needed to find another word cuz' I knew there were plenty words I could make with those same letters....

...BUT, all I could see was that ONE word that I COULDN'T play.

Made me wonder how often I do that with other things.

I IMMEDIATELY see something in a person or a situation and then that is ALL I CAN SEE!

Most often that doesn't PLAY too well and too often I stick to it anyway...

...and nobody wins.

Next time I do WWF, I shall try to take a breath and look first for how many different words I can see and then choose one that plays well.

More importantly, next time I react immediately in only ONE way to someone or something, I shall take a deep breath and see how many ways I can play it out and then I shall try to choose the way that is closest...

...to everyone winning.

That will be my new game.
