There was a teacher who taught in a church preschool.

One day a kid in the 4 year old class brought a rock and threw it at another kid. The teacher thought that he might have some mental health issues so she took the rock from him. He came the next day with another rock saying that his folks said he had the right to have a rock because God made the rocks for all of us. The teacher was not sure what to do so she went to the Director of the school.

The Director called a meeting of the Board.  The Board was unwilling to take the rock from the child because his parents give a lot of money to the school. They also did not want to offend the parents by suggesting that the child might have some mental health issues, even though they firmly believed the adage, "Rocks don't hurt people; people hurt people."

What a quandary!

After brief deliberation, the Board decided that money is, well, MONEY plus God DID make the rocks for all.  The teachers were trained in 'rock throwing' and the children were each given their very own rock.

Now anyone can throw a rock anytime they want, just as God intended.

The teacher does not understand rocks and money and children and God in the same way as the Board.

The teacher no longer teaches at the church preschool.
